Findown

Findown · India F&B

The menu they
remember.

Trust the product. Trust the service. A guest shop that looks like your house — and a floor app the team will actually open.

TrustIsolated tenants. Live product you can open.

QualityGuest shop and ops screens built for India F&B pace.

ServiceWe go live with you — then we stay.

First: trust

Buy the partner you will still call in month six

Owners do not switch tools because of a feature list. They switch because the last vendor disappeared, the guest UI looked cheap, or staff never learned the screen. We lead with proof, isolation, and a named team.

Your data stays yours

Each restaurant is isolated across admin, app, and shop. Staff only see the screens their role allows. Shop hosts run on SSL.

You can click the product today

No slide-deck vapour. Open a live guest shop and an operator login. Judge quality before you pay.

A team that answers after go-live

We import the menu with you, then stay on WhatsApp. Software without a named human is why owners quietly switch.

Then: product quality

Make your restaurant the one guests remember scanning

Strategy is simple: when two tables in the same town both have a QR, the better shop wins the next visit. Findown is built so your brand — not a generic template — is what they see.

Guest shop that looks like you

Themes, photos, bestsellers, gallery, and reviews — engineered for phones first. A PDF QR is not a brand.

Floor screens with a small learning curve

Kitchen, waiter, and biller are named for the job. One login. No extra hardware. Staff learn it in a shift.

Honest scope, finished feel

WhatsApp order path is live. We do not sell a 40-module ERP you will never finish configuring.

Always: service

The software is the product. The team is why you purchase.

If another restaurant already runs a digital menu — even on a similar stack — they still have a different catalog, staff, and brand. You are not buying a clone. You are buying a go-live and a relationship that makes your house look better than theirs.

01

Listen, then map

We start with how you take orders today — not a feature dump. Café, QSR, and cloud kitchen each get a different go-live path.

02

Import and publish with you

Catalog import, theme, QR, and a first live shop. You are not left with an empty dashboard and a help article.

03

Stay on the floor with you

First-week tickets, staff questions, and small fixes. The product is Findown. The reason owners stay is the service.

Why buy — even if you already have software

Same idea on the street. Different standard at your door.

We do not ask you to pretend competitors do not exist. We ask you to win the comparison: guest feel, staff speed, and a vendor who still picks up.

You already have a QR menu

Keep the idea. Upgrade the experience. Guests compare your shop to the café next door — not to a brochure. A better menu is a reason to sit at your table again.

You already use “the same kind” of software

Category is not the product. Findown is shop quality + named ops screens + a team that onboarded you. Two restaurants can buy a digital menu; only one will look and feel premium.

A friend or another brand uses Findown

That is the point. Guests and staff notice the difference. Your purchase is not a copy — it is your brand, your catalog, your roles, your WhatsApp number. Same platform. Your restaurant wins the comparison.

Purchase strategy

Own the guest channel. Do not rent it.

Marketplaces take the brand. A Findown shop keeps the relationship: your photos, your offers, your WhatsApp. That is why a restaurant that already “has software” still has a reason to move — or to start here first.

  • Your catalog, your theme, your QR — not a shared marketplace skin
  • Plans from ₹499 / month so the decision is not a capital project
  • Demo first: see quality, then we talk commercials

Straight answers

Including “we already use something”

What is Findown?

Findown is restaurant software: a branded digital menu guests open from a table QR, WhatsApp ordering, and one operator app for kitchen, waiter, biller, tables, and delivery.

Can guests pay online with UPI or cards?

Not as a live production promise yet. Guests order on WhatsApp or settle at the counter. Card and UPI checkout on the shop are on the rollout path after the payment gateway is switched on.

Do you replace my existing POS?

No. Findown runs the guest menu and floor tickets. Soft bills and browser print exist. Offline registers, USB drivers, and Swiggy/Zomato inboxes are out of scope.

Is there a free trial or demo?

Yes. Book a guided demo. We walk the live shop and operator app, then confirm plan and a trial workspace. You can also open the public shop demo without an account.

How much does it cost?

Catalogue list prices start at ₹499 per month (Starter). Growth, Pro, and Enterprise are on the pricing page. Final commercials and entitlements are confirmed during onboarding.

Can I use my own domain and white-label?

Today you get a branded shop on a Findown host plus themes. Automatic custom DNS and SSL are not a self-serve product yet.

Does Findown work for multi-outlet chains?

One restaurant per workspace today. Café, QSR, cloud kitchen, and tea/snacks are the intended fit. Chain and franchise modules are later.

Is my data isolated from other restaurants?

Yes. Tenants are scoped across admin, operator app, and shop hosts, with role-aware staff access and SSL on shop hosts.

A nearby restaurant already uses Findown — why would I still buy?

Because guests compare houses, not vendors. Your catalog, photos, theme, WhatsApp, and staff roles are yours. The platform is shared the way electricity is shared — the dining room is not. We onboard you so your shop looks and runs better than the one they already scanned.

We already have a QR / another digital menu. Why switch?

Keep the habit, raise the standard. Most QRs are a PDF. Findown is a branded shop plus kitchen, waiter, and biller — and a team that goes live with you. Book a walkthrough with your current tool open; we show the gap, not a lecture.
